Question 1

Is stump grinding included with tree removal?

Accepted Answer

Removal leaves a short stump. Add stump grinding when you book — it’s cheaper together ($95–$225) than a separate visit, because the crew and grinder are already there.

Question 2

How do I know my tree’s size?

Accepted Answer

Compare it to your house: below the first-floor roof is small (up to 15 ft), up to a two-story roof is medium (15–30 ft), above the house is large. Not sure? Add a photo and we’ll confirm the price by text.

Question 3

What if the job turns out bigger than I booked?

Accepted Answer

We confirm the price before any work starts. If something is different on site, you approve the change first — no surprise charges.

Question 4

Do you clean up after?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Branches, logs and debris are hauled away and the area is raked. Want to keep the wood? Add firewood rounds when you book.

Question 5

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Colorado Springs and around — Monument, Fountain, Black Forest, Woodland Park and Falcon — plus Pueblo, Pueblo West and south Denver: Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Parker, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Littleton and Centennial.

Question 6

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Pay after the job — cash, check, Zelle or card. Or pay online by card when you book. No deposit required.

Question 7

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with the link in your confirmation email — free up to 48 hours before your visit. Cancellations within 48 hours have a $100 fee.
